Understanding Heart Coherence

Heart coherence is a state of physiological synchronization where the heart, brain, and entire nervous system operate in harmony. Research from the HeartMath Institute has demonstrated that the heart generates an electromagnetic field that extends beyond our bodies and can be measured up to several feet away.
